NEC Corporation announced the “NEC Academy for Future Creation Design” will be launched to provide a place for "learning" and "practice" to develop DX human resources. This academy can learn service design skills and mind sets that leverage design thinking and is intended for anyone working on DX. To date, NEC has provided training for more than 2500 employees in design thinking. NEC aims to take 1500 participants in the Academy over the next three years.

where a consultant team, a NEC Design Thinking Expert team, promotes businesses while giving advice based on training content individually designed on the issue of your DX project.

3) Individual Training Course
where you can learn the tools and methods of using NEC's Design Thinking Framework in a short period of time.

In recent years, the lack of DX human resources has become a major challenge worldwide as the social and utilization of DX have rapidly progressed and the economics have become digitized. As a business design methodology for DX, NEC has developed the NEC Design Thinking Framework in collaboration with Business Models Inc, which has a proven track record globally, and has been deploying it internally.
In this academy, you will learn how to use the processes and tools included in this methodology, as well as your mind set for using the tools, and systematically learn how to create businesses for DX through practices.
